We had an amazing value for our money at The Kimberley Hotel in Harrogate. The room was lovely, and we even got extra treats like wine, chocs, and crisps. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town centre, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to provide assistance. Being disabled, I really appreciated the presence of a lift and being allocated an upper floor room. The quality of service was outstanding, and the meals in the restaurant were simply amazing. It was a great experience during my business trip. the staff were friendly and attentive, which made me feel welcome and comfortable. the room was spacious and clean with fresh linens, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries. the location was convenient for me as it was close to the business district and had easy access to public transportation.

The hotel is also near enough to the center of town for shopping or evening entertainment. The family room is big and comfortable, and there is a heating grill in the bathroom that is useful for drying clothes. Free bottles of water are provided.

The bathroom could use some refurbishment, with peeling plaster, cracked tiles, and a chipped toilet bowl.
