I recently stayed at a hotel in Scarborough with my 16-month-old son and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and well taken care of. The hotel was impeccably clean and cozy, while the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us, even warming up my son's bottle in the evening and morning and storing his milk in the fridge. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality at this place. The owner, Jo, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Her outstanding customer service skills made us feel welcome and valued. The rooms were cosy and well-decorated, with breathtaking views of the ocean from our second-floor room. The sunrise was a highlight. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of nice restaurants and pubs nearby. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to choose from. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The value for money at Kimberley Seafront Hotel was great and the room was comfortable with a stunning sea view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Open Air Theatre. The staff, especially Joanne, the landlady, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Recently stayed at the lovely Kimberley Seafront hotel for my son's 10th birthday. Joanne, the owner, went above and beyond by surprising him with a birthday card and chocolates. The breakfast was amazing, the bed was comfy, and the drink facilities in the room were great. The sea view room was breathtaking, and the owners were warm and welcoming. They even had a help yourself bar with an honesty box, adding a nice touch to our stay. Would definitely go back again.
