Cozy Rooms and Fantastic Staff

The rooms were fantastic, comfortable, and well-designed, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. the staff, from the manager to the waitstaff and housekeeping, were all polite, friendly, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. improvements could be made in terms of room temperature control and noise reduction in certain areas of the hotel.

the newly appointed manager, Ricardo, ensured a perfect experience. the stylish orangery was a highlight, and the free parking was convenient. the warmth and elegance of the hotel, along with excellent service and food, made for a delightful stay. the nearby landmarks like Cooper's Hill and Magna Carta Monument added to the family bonding experience, though the attic room design and lack of proper cooling were drawbacks. Ultimately, the friendly staff and delicious breakfast made our short stay memorable.

The rooms were stunning with a beautiful bath and exquisite decor. The hotel provided a lovely gesture with a bottle of liquor and cups in the room. The breakfast was delicious and filling, even for vegetarian options. The staff, especially the girl at breakfast, were incredibly friendly. The design of the room was beautiful and the coffee and tea were of high quality.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the M25 and onsite parking. I had a fantastic stay at Kings Arms and would highly recommend it.

As a budget traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the Kings Arms. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. our recent weekend trip to egham was lovely, especially our stay at the kings arms. the room design was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. it exceeded our expectations, even compared to our previous stay in the city. the high-quality coffee and tea were a nice touch.
