They are well decorated and furnished with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Great value for money, with clean and comfortable apartments in a perfect central location. The view from our living area was wonderful, and we appreciated the modern kitchen and welcome items. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful, and the towel supply and toiletries were excellent. The lift and storage areas were convenient, and the blackout curtains in the front bedroom ensured a restful sleep. The proximity to the harbor and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of town with fabulous views over the harbor. We were within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants, making it so convenient for exploring. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The living room had large windows that showcased the stunning views of the harbor and beyond. It was truly a treat to wake up to such beautiful scenery every morning.

The occasional presence of people in the stairwell and kids hopping around on the rooftop. While it wasn't a major issue, it was a bit distracting and somewhat annoying at times.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the seafront with stunning views. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including a great restaurant on the first floor. The apartment had a great view of Oban Bay and was very clean. The staff were prompt in providing a new Blu-ray player when we requested one. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and there were lots of nice soft towels. Oban is a great base for exploring the area and the seafood restaurants were excellent.

We stayed at The King's Arms apartments for a short trip to explore the West Coast islands. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the harbor from our beautifully decorated apartment. We enjoyed watching the ferries and shipping from the comfort of the lounge. The well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment also had helpful amenities like an iron, heated towel rail, and extra heaters. The friendly staff and convenient central location made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend The King's Arms apartments.

kings arms holiday exceeded our expectations during this quick stop in oban. the stunning view from the top floor apartment was breathtaking, and the helpfulness of the cleaner made our stay even better. location was excellent, just minutes away from all facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this holiday apartment. the location was superb, right on the seafront with a beautiful view of the harbor. the best part was that there was lift access, which made it so convenient for my partner who has limited mobility. They could easily get to the harbor front, the restaurant below, and even a fish and chip restaurant nearby. the living room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. the check-in process was a breeze with a special key box, and there were clear instructions provided inside the apartment. the cleaning was of high standard and we felt welcomed with funny notes in the bathroom. it was a perfect experience and I highly recommend this place.

The Kings Arms Holiday Apartments provided us with a centrally located apartment that had an amazing view. All the shops we needed were nearby, and the manager, John, was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. the apartment was clean and well-organized, with plenty of space for our two families. Parking at the nearby train station was secure and affordable at only £3 per night. We loved being able to see our car from our top-floor apartment. We will definitely be returning to stay again.

There were some maintenance issues that affected our stay. There was a leak from the toilet waste pipe, which required us to constantly empty the waste water to prevent overflowing.
