kings arms exceeded my expectations with a fab location, welcoming staff, and a comfy room with everything we needed. breakfast was brilliant too!

I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They helped us with our luggage and even surprised us with chocolate chip cookies in our room. the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the bathroom and shower were well-stocked. the breakfast served was delicious, and they provided large mugs of tea and coffee. Ashley and Jill, the lovely couple running the hotel, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even provided toys for young children in our family room. the location was perfect for exploring both northern Cornwall and Devon. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

I had a truly amazing experience at The King's Arms. Jill and Ashley were incredibly hospitable and made us feel very welcomed. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the local area and gave us great advice on places to eat and visit. The rooms were clean, cosy, and had modern facilities like a fresh coffee maker. The food at the pub was fantastic, and Jill cooked a delicious full cooked breakfast every morning. I can't thank Jill and Ashley enough for the fantastic week we had.

Located right on the main square in Holsworthy, the Kings Arms Pub offers a convenient location for exploring the town. Guests can enjoy easy access to shops and local amenities. The rooms are comfortable, with crisp white sheets and a choice of bed sizes, making it suitable for families. The breakfast served to the table is delicious and of good quality. The friendly reception and house rules make for a pleasant stay.

The presence of excessive cushions and throws in the room may be unnecessary and take up space.
