The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. the restaurant had a good selection of food and the breakfast options were satisfying.

The radiator didn't work properly, leaving the room cold and uncomfortable. the decor was outdated and in need of an upgrade.

The room was comfortable and tidy, perfect for a light sleeper. Good en suite and tea/coffee facilities. Lovely staff.

I even had access to Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, which was a huge plus. The fact that they offer a paid airport shuttle service is also a major convenience for travelers like me. the service and comfort here were top-notch.
