We had such a wonderful stay at Kinloch House. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. the cozy log fire in the hall and the tea and cake by the fire in the drawing room created a lovely welcome. the Sportsman's Room provided ample space for our dog on those cold nights. the service was excellent, and we enjoyed a delicious meal. Our beautifully renovated room was tastefully furnished, with comfortable Vi Spring mattresses and a super modern bathroom. the location was perfect for exploring the outdoors of Perthshire, and the tranquil and relaxing atmosphere was fantastic. the impeccable interior design and friendly and knowledgeable staff added to the overall experience.

The breakfast and dinner at Kinloch House were lovely, beautifully prepared and served on fine china. The dining room and orangery were serene and sunny. Our ground floor bedroom was comfortable, large, and well supplied. The ensuite in white marble with a double shower was fantastic. The country house ambiance was special, with log fires and comfortable furnishings. The peaceful surroundings included cattle and ducks flying overhead. The property was beautiful inside and out, with a classic walled garden. The service and attention to detail were superb, with staff constantly replenishing the fire and accommodating our requests. The lounges with log fires were cozy and inviting. The decor and furnishings added to the feeling of staying in someone's home. The staff were friendly and attentive, even providing a tea tray when requested. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good. Kinloch House provided great value and a comfortable experience.
