kinloch lodge was a great find in inverness. sandy, the owner, was a wonderful host and made me feel welcome. the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the town center. the room was small but had everything i needed, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. highly recommended!

They were always ready to offer helpful suggestions and recommendations during our stay, which was great. , the location of the hotel was fantastic! It was conveniently situated just a short walk away from the town center and the river, making it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

It was incredibly small, with hardly any space to move around. The bathroom was even worse – it felt like being inside a cramped closet!

I had the most delightful stay at this guest house in Inverness. The host, Sandy, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh berries, cereal, and a selection of freshly prepared dishes. My room, although upstairs, was nice and cozy, and the shower, although small. I highly recommend staying at Kinloch Lodge for a wonderful experience in Inverness.

The host/owner was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were refurbished and felt fresh. The breakfast had a good choice of cold items and the option to order cooked eggs. The location was great, right in the town centre but in a quiet neighborhood.

The bathroom was small and there was no soap/shower gel/shampoo provided. If you have mobility difficulties, there are two sets of steep steps on the short route to the high street.
