Nothing, it was perfect.

Spacious, clean, and quiet bedroom with a nice view of the loch. Relaxing common areas. Convenient location near a popular hiking trail. Staff were helpful and kind.

The bed was creaky and uncomfortably firm, and the pillows were not to my liking. The en-suite bathroom was functional but dated.

The location of this hotel was absolutely stunning, with jaw-dropping views of the Loch. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. The food was mind-blowing, with a delicious variety of dishes. We had the best nights sleep in the modern and comfy rooms, and the beautifully decorated guest lounge was the perfect place to relax.

The breakfast selection was great and the staff were friendly. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and for taking day trips to nearby attractions. the room was comfortable and clean.

The quality of sleep was poor due to the loud noises from the boiler or pipes. it was confusing to find the check-in area upon arrival.
