Most friendly hosts couldn't do enough, very cheerful and chatty, excellent breakfast, peaceful location. Comfy bed, B&B basics provided. Private sitting room with a log burner. Close to Rosemoor, the coast, and historic sites. Family bonding strengthened with sun terrace and local landmarks like the Plough Arts Centre and Great Torrington Heritage Museum. Perfect place to unwind and explore.

Just stayed at a LOVELY B&B near RHS Rosemoor garden. the antique-filled room with a comfy bed stole my heart. Can't wait to visit again! Better in person.

our stay at kipps farm b&b in great torrington exceeded expectations! ken and jean were warm and welcoming, offering helpful directions and even driving us to dinner. the breakfast was delicious, featuring locally sourced eggs and sausages. the room was clean, cozy, and had a separate entrance. a perfect location for visiting rhs rosemoor and the coast.

Breakfast was EPIC, setting us up for wicked days exploring Rosemoor and the coast. Hosts were total legends too - so helpful! We could've stayed ages!

Just one thing - would've loved a chill hangout spot with some music for late-night vibes.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming bed & breakfast. Ken and Jean, the owners, were very welcoming and made me feel at home. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, as well as a clean en-suite bathroom. the breakfasts were excellent, with a good selection of fruit, cereal, and a delicious cooked breakfast made to order. the location of the farm was beautiful, surrounded by the scenic countryside of North Devon. a fantastic experience at Kipps Farm Bed & Breakfast.

I got great value for my money at Kipps Farm Bed & Breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities I needed for my short stay. The location in the countryside was beautiful and the staff, especially Ken, were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The room and facilities were absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. the surroundings were fabulous and I enjoyed a lovely walk after arriving.

The road leading to the hotel was full of potholes, which made for a bumpy ride. the bed in the room was a bit old and saggy.
