We had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The separate entrance for guests gave us the privacy we desired. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to the shops and eateries in town, and the stunning Knole deer park right across the road. The hosts, Sarah and Ian, were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist us. We were welcomed with a delicious cake upon arrival and the breakfasts were mouthwatering. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

The location of this B&B is simply perfect, with a charming pub just a short walk away and plenty of National Trust properties in the area to explore. The hosts are incredibly knowledgeable about the Sevenoaks area and are more than happy to provide recommendations for interesting sites to visit. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. Plus, the breakfast is absolutely delicious, with options like fresh fruit and perfectly cooked full breakfast available.

Great location near a lively pub and easy to travel around the area. the room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was top-notch with a great shower. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruits and a hot full breakfast that was simply delicious.

A bit challenging to find the property since there was no sign on the front of the house. when I knocked on the door, the host didn't seem very friendly and pointed to a small sign indicating that guests should enter from the side of the house.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in the room was exceptional, with crisp white linens and a comfortable, relaxing bed. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to suggest interesting sites to visit in the area. We also loved that there was a pub within walking distance, perfect for a leisurely evening. The breakfast, accompanied by freshly ground coffee, was simply divine.

The B&B is conveniently located near interesting sites to visit in the park near London and is even within walking distance of a local pub.

The lack of a visible sign outside the property may make it difficult to find for first-time visitors.
