The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with tea towels, bathroom accessories, and ample linen. We especially enjoyed the living space, which provided a great place to relax in the evenings. Being self-catering allowed us the flexibility to choose where we ate, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The flat was clean and tidy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome package of goodies. The location was peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to nearby places like Sandwich and Canterbury. it was a wonderful spot to unwind and we would love to return.

I had a fantastic stay at the Knowlton Properties Villa. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby places like Sandwich and Canterbury. The property itself was quiet, private, and extremely clean. I was impressed with the well-equipped kitchen and the lovely little hamper of goodies left by the owners. The Christmas tree and open fire in the lounge area added a seasonal touch to my mid-December stay. The flat was cozy and well equipped, with a comfy sofa and bed. it was a lovely experience in a beautiful location.

Stayed at Woodpecker View and enjoyed overlooking the stable yard with its delightful odors. The garden was fantastic for my barbecue, and the dining room was perfect for seating my nonexistent 10 guests.

There were some issues with the water pressure in the showers, making it difficult to rinse shampoo out thoroughly.
