The lodge itself had all the necessary amenities and felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient, only a short drive from the city. The staff, especially Paul, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great advice on places to visit. The meals at the on-site restaurant, the Barn, were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return.

The kitchen in the lodge was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals during our stay. Additionally, having the option to bring our dog along was a great bonus.

The lodge was in need of major refurbishment. The furnishings were worn-out and stained, and there were holes in the curtains.

The comfortable and well-presented 2-bedroom chalet had everything we needed for self-catering. The beautiful location offered stunning views of the sea. It was also conveniently located near a ferry terminal in this city, making it easy for us to explore the nearby islands. We were pleased to find that this hotel was dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friends along. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome during our stay.

The lodge we were allocated was different from what we had chosen online, which was a bit disappointing. There seemed to be a lack of security, as someone had entered our lodge without permission and took an item.

I had a fantastic stay at this lodge. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was able to sleep in until 9:30 am, which is amazing for me. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bathroom had a nice bath with a shower. The location was stunning, with beautiful views all around. The owner/caretaker at the nearby historic site was fantastic and gave us a wonderful tour. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
