We had a wonderfully warm and cozy stay at the hotel despite the wet and cold weather outside. The character of our little room added to the overall charm of our experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. We will definitely return and next time, we'll be sure to try out the restaurant. a lovely stay.

The hotel is clean and has all the necessary facilities I needed for my stay. The parking was convenient and there was easy transportation available to explore the surrounding areas. the room was small, but had everything we needed. the bathroom was spacious and the hot water in the shower was a real treat. the breakfast portions were generous and they catered to our dietary needs, even providing lactose-free milk. We loved the porridge and the selection of muesli. the downstairs area was a nice touch, allowing us to bring in takeout and providing plates and cutlery. Amy and James were friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat and things to do. Communication was easy and prompt. the location was perfect for walking in Snowdonia and parking was free.
