Stunning lake view location. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Great hot tub, perfect for families. Well-equipped kitchen with slow cooker. Good on-site facilities, including swimming pools and live entertainment. Amazing air displays by RAF jets. Kind owner provided internet booster. Kid-safe decking with glass screens.

loved the location overlooking the fishing lake, so beautiful and peaceful. hot tub was great, especially for the grandkids. facilities on the site were good with 2 swimming pools and live entertainment.

The location overlooking the fishing lake was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful and peaceful setting for our Christmas getaway. The hot tub was a definite highlight, especially for the kids who couldn't get enough of it. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which even had a slow cooker. The on-site facilities, including the swimming pools and live entertainment, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks that should be noted. The property felt a bit old and worn, with a frayed carpet and a broken microwave that made concerning noises.

The location of this retreat is absolutely stunning, with a peaceful view overlooking the fishing lake. We loved spending time in the hot tub, especially the grandkids. The bedrooms were fine, and the living room had plenty of space for the three of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, including a slow cooker. The site had great facilities including swimming pools and live entertainment.

The carpet in the property looked a bit worn and there were some maintenance issues with the microwave and hot water regulation in the shower.

The location of Lakeside Retreat 2 was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the fishing lake. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. The hot tub was a great bonus, especially for my grandchildren. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable and the living room had plenty of space for the three of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a slow cooker. The facilities on the site, like the swimming pools and live entertainment, were enjoyable. And I was amazed by the air displays, especially the Typhoon jets, Spitfire, and Lancaster bomber!
