The room I stayed in, though smaller than my previous visit, was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious. The 24-hour room service and laptop-friendly workspace were thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The organisation during breakfast was a mess. Despite the friendly staff, our requests for tea and a boiled egg were forgotten multiple times during my mornings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was one of the best aspects for us. It was just across the road from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, providing a beautiful and convenient place to relax. The hotel was also close to the London Underground, with both Lancaster Gate and Queensway stations just a 5-minute walk away. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get to the city center quickly.

the location was perfect for us as it was situated in a very quiet street close to Hyde Park, making it a great starting point for our daily explorations. The hotel itself was in a calm neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the room were all in good condition, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Finally, the breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options and was included in our rate, which was great value for money.

The location was perfect for us as it was in such a pleasant and peaceful area, but still very close to Hyde Park, which was the greatest place to start a day from. The service was amazing with helpful staff that dealt with our requests promptly. The amenities were top-notch, especially the room with all the necessary facilities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We also loved the buffet breakfast and bar/lounge area.

Although some staff had no customer service skills, that didn't affect our stay as not all the staff was like this. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.

Best location! Close to metro and walking distance to the city center. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing plates and cutlery for our takeout. the room had good amenities, including tea and coffee, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

Worst part was the small room and narrow bed. Also, the room was quite cold upon arrival, and the heating wasn't turned on.

The hotel is located near many bus stops and a hop on hop off bus stop, convenient for exploring the city. There is also a Lebanese restaurant nearby for those seeking halal food. The rooms are comfortable, with necessary amenities. Breakfast and bar areas are pleasing. Staff are helpful and the lift is available on all floors.

The shower was inadequate, and the cooked meats, such as sausage and bacon, could have been better. Nonetheless, these minor points do not detract from the overall value for money, and the many advantages of staying in this hotel.

The breakfast at Lancaster Gate was absolutely delicious! I couldn't get enough of the freshly baked croissants and the aromatic coffee and tea. The bar and dining staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my dining experience enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it allowed me to explore all the major landmarks of the city within a 2-hour walk. I loved being able to take my time, stop for pictures, and sample the local cuisine without feeling rushed by a tour guide. I highly recommend Lancaster Gate Hotel for its great breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Although the hotel had its drawbacks, such as outdated amenities and rooms with thin walls, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The shower temperature and water drainage issue that some previous guests experienced was quickly resolved when I requested a room change to a lower floor.

During my transit stay in London, the Lancaster Gate Hotel impressed me with its convenient location. Situated within walking distance of several transportation links, including bus stops and two London Underground Stations, it made getting around the city effortless. the hotel's proximity to Queensway and Marylebone, as well as its 20 km distance from London City, made it ideal for my travel plans.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the compact size of the room, but this was a very minor concern in an otherwise excellent experience.
