We arrived at the hotel late at night and found that the Room Key Card Machine was broken. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue by providing us with their own master key card to enter our room. They also ensured that our key cards were available for pickup later in the evening. The staff, especially Debbie and Zoheb, were extremely helpful in ensuring that we had access to our room.

Although we booked a small double room, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a superior double room with two double beds. The room was spacious and clean, and the fridge provided in the room was a lifesaver.

The value for money was unbeatable, we got a comfortable room for a really good price. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us two free drinks at the bar upon our arrival. the location was great, as it was easy to get to and from the various city attractions.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the room was quite small, with only one cup and towel. While it served as a good base for exploring the city, it didn't feel like a 3-star hotel.

The value for money at Lancaster was brilliant! The superior rooms were spacious, modern, and clean with really comfortable beds. The hotel is situated on the Brunel University campus, and we felt really safe during our stay. The reception staff were absolutely lovely and the restaurant staff were professional and helpful. Parking for our two cars was easy and free of charge. Can't wait to come back and use the spa!

We recently stayed in a hotel located in the centre of a University campus, which was a convenient location for us. The room and bathroom were clean and a good size, with a fan and fridge available. The staff were friendly and polite, and the bedding and towels were clean. The hotel also had good WiFi everywhere and limited parking. we enjoyed the Spa facilities during our stay.
