During our stay at the Royal Lancaster, we found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and luxurious. The location was excellent, with a fantastic transport network nearby. The door staff were also very helpful and friendly.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable triple room and amazing views of Hyde Park and the West End. The location was perfect, just across from the park and a short walk from Oxford Street. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and we loved the room key scanning system in the lift.

We had an amazing stay at this venue. We loved the location as it was situated in a lovely, quiet area near parks and not too far from the downtown area. The underground was nearby and convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and knew what we wanted even before we did. They made our entry and check-in as smooth and comfortable as possible. The room service was top-notch and they had a great variety of activities such as hiking, cycling, horseback riding, archery, and squash. The hotel had a great dining experience, with a restaurant that offered in-room breakfast, dinner, and catering to special diets.

Stayed here for a business trip and I was impressed! the location is unbeatable - right next to Lancaster Gate tube station and close enough to the city without being noisy. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay feel extra special. Lastly, my room had a beautiful view over Hyde Park and I loved the White Company full size toiletries and bed linen. Plus, the breakfast buffet was amazing with many vegetarian options.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The overall vibe was calm and luxurious, perfect for someone like me who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The view of Hyde Park from my room was fantastic and the room itself was larger than the average size in London. Everything was spotlessly clean and the amenities were excellent. The separate shower and bath in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The turndown service was a nice touch, with lowered lights, soothing music, and slippers waiting by the bed. The staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They even provided a toothbrush and soya milk instantly when we asked. The attention to detail at this hotel is top-notch, making for a truly relaxing stay.
