The room we stayed in was stunning, with a beautiful bath and it was incredibly spacious and clean. The hotel's decor was also beautifully done, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The food at the hotel was top-notch, especially the Sunday Roast which was out of this world. The staff in the restaurant, including Lauren, Brendan, and Ffion, provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious rooms and great dining experience.

That the outdoor hot tub part of the spa now requires an additional fee, which I found a bit disappointing considering the price of the stay. However, they eventually sorted it out, though we were only given 45 minutes to use the facilities.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a view was good. the breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was convenient for my business meeting.

The swimming pool didn't open until 7 am, so I couldn't swim earlier before my meeting. the bathroom lacked lighting, and the water pressure was low, making the shower experience below average.

This hotel was a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a highlight of our stay. the massage service was exceptional and provided a peaceful and relaxing escape from the outside world. the sun terrace and garden area were wonderfully decorated and provided an elegant and peaceful atmosphere. the restaurant also provided a range of special diet menus, which catered to our dietary needs.

The only minor issue that we experienced at this hotel was the noise from the plumbing when any water was used in the bathroom.

During our stay at Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa, my partner and I were thoroughly impressed. The hotel's stunning decor and thoughtful layout immediately caught our attention. Our room, although not particularly large, was beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed spending mornings on the window seat, reading and enjoying the peaceful ambiance.

The spa facilities at Lanelay Hall were a highlight of our stay. Although not large, the spa was perfectly designed and never felt overcrowded.
