fabulous little cottage, felt like a home away from home. great communication from owners, convenient location near town center. highly recommend staying here, exceeded expectations. perfect base for exploring nearby attractions.

The cottage was well located, just a short walk from the town centre. It had a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The enclosed garden was perfect for my dog, and there were comfortable garden chairs for relaxing outside. Communication from the owners was excellent, providing all the necessary information. The cottage was clean and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was also great, with shops and amenities nearby, and easy access to other attractions in the area.

The location of the cottage is very central, with lots of shops nearby. It is also a great base for exploring nearby areas like Whitby and York. The cottage itself is charming and bigger than it looks, with a lovely garden. It is well-equipped and has a pretty interior.

The cottage was situated on a busy road, with heavy traffic passing by constantly, especially at night. This made it difficult to sleep and enjoy a peaceful stay.

Charming house, bigger than expected, in a central location. Long garden and well-equipped. Easy parking. Cozy and clean with comfortable sleeping and sitting areas. Immaculately clean. Well-equipped kitchen and good bathroom facilities. Excellent location for touring.

Some minor issues with bed not being made up, but quickly resolved. Low doorway and step between dining space and kitchen can be a bit troublesome.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming house in a very central location. The cottage was bigger than it looks with a lovely garden. It was well equipped with everything I needed and parking was easy. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for exploring nearby sights such as Helmsley, Whitby, and Robin Hood's Bay. The communication from the owners was great, providing all the necessary information. I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and cozy experience.
