The Terrace restaurant's location is perfect, nestled so close to the British museum and central to theatres. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, served fresh and hot. Our room was comfortable, with a lovely walk-in shower. We appreciated the open cocktail bar that provided ample seating space.

There was one elevator that was working and sometimes took a while to arrive.

The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and entertainment options, making it easy to explore the area. the renovated rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely updated.

There were several negative aspects during our stay. the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, with ingrained dirt and poorly maintained sealant in the shower.

The lounge car had a great atmosphere with friendly staff. The pool was nice and the towels fluffy. The turn down service was a nice touch. The hotel had a fabulous location, perfect for shopping, the theater, and the Royal Academy. The downstairs bar had the friendliest bar staff. The reception was also good. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of the West End shows and a Tube station. The people at the front desk were really nice.

Felt like home, nothing was too much trouble.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and family-friendly room provided. The central location was perfect for exploring and the staff were outstanding - courteous, friendly, and helpful.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. The hotel had a clean and modern design, while still preserving the classic architecture. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They addressed any issues we had promptly and apologized, even though they didn't affect our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close to all the theaters. The breakfast location was lovely and the breakfast itself was relatively good. We also appreciated the little extras like slippers and gowns.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel special. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops, entertainment, and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and bathtub. Using a card to access the elevator added a level of security.

Loved the Christmas decorations and carol singing in the lobby, it really put me in the holiday spirit. the ground floor restaurant and basement piano bar were fantastic, offering a great atmosphere and a good selection of food and drinks. Finally, the location was superb, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

My breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. the service was slow and inefficient, and when my food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly cooked.

The views from our room were amazing, overlooking the city skyline. The gym facilities were excellent and very well-maintained. The location was fantastic, very central and easy access to shops and sights. I had a great stay and would recommend.

During our stay at The Dilly, we were impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff. We were promptly greeted upon arrival and all our needs were met without delay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slightly chilly pool and average cocktails, these did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction with our stay. The hotel's cleanliness, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and convenient location far outweighed any negatives.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, with easy access to all the designer shops on and around Regent's Street for shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the fabulous central location, close to the tube and great shopping and food. Absolutely close to everything, making it easy to find nice restaurants around in a very small area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. The staff at reception were wonderful, accommodating our early check-in request after arriving early on the train.
