This hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay. The rooms on the top floor are spacious and well-equipped with all the facilities you need, including a tea making corner. The bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast served here was delicious and satisfying, a great way to start the day.

The location of the guest house is ideal for attending a wedding nearby at West Warks Sports club. there are several tourist attractions close by, including the Jaguar tour and a couple of National Trust properties. there is a very good Indian restaurant within walking distance and the town centre is also nearby.

The parking situation can be a bit challenging at times, with guests sometimes blocking each other in.

We had a lovely New Year's Eve stay, which was made even better by the friendly and welcoming staff. the room was bright, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and the hot breakfast options. the location was ideal, within walking distance to the train station and other key attractions. the price was reasonable for the facilities offered, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
