Beautiful residential location with diverse architecture in the houses. Spotlessly clean terrace apartment. Host always available to speak to. 5-minute walk to central Leamington Spa, a foodie town with restaurants, bars, and coffee shops galore. Local shop only 2 minutes away. Al fresco drinking/dining across a park with play equipment for younger children. Free parking available. Big spacious bedrooms with high-quality linen. Well-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. Excellent value for money. Walking distance to Leamington Spa's commercial area, coffee shops, and Tesco.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

I had a great value for my money at Warwick Place Apartments. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to the town and with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were quick to respond to any queries before our stay and provided excellent communication throughout.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to have more variety in the menu.

The location of the apartment was ideal, with easy access to both Warwick and Leamington. The residential neighborhood was lovely, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants. The flat itself was large and comfortable, equipped with everything needed for cooking. There was even a patio area to enjoy. The hosts were attentive and committed to the wellbeing of their guests.

The only minor glitch was the expiration of the key code before arrival, which required a phone call to the host.

our stay at the apartment was absolutely incredible. after a previous not-so-great experience in leamington spa, i was pleasantly surprised by how amazing warwick place was. everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and the location was ideal. it truly exceeded our expectations for our anniversary celebration.

Shower pressure was lacking.
