The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the breakfast options were varied and delicious. the location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shops, as well as beautiful coastal walks and attractions.

The garden could use some attention as it was a bit overgrown and not very inviting. the parking area was a bit difficult to maneuver in due to the overgrown tree branches and growth, making it hard to park properly.

I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel and I couldn't be happier with my stay. the location is absolutely stunning, nestled amongst a lush garden that adds a touch of tranquility to the whole experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and I particularly loved the one with a cute balcony that overlooked the garden. The ensuite facilities were excellent, providing all the comfort and convenience I needed. But what truly blew me away was the delicious breakfast. From the fresh fruit salad to the perfect poached eggs and the lovely pancakes, every bite was a delight. The vegetarian option was also a pleasant surprise.

Spent New Year at a B&B in Lynton and had a fantastic experience. the staff were super friendly and the rooms were spotless. the breakfast was amazing, with lots of fresh fruit and a delicious full English. Another bonus was the location, just a short walk from the town center and close to some great walking routes. We also appreciated the private parking facilities.

The bed, which was too soft for our liking. We prefer a firmer mattress.

We couldn't have asked for better value for our money at Lee House. The rooms were spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a luxurious king-size bed and a lovely bath with a great shower. The location was perfect, with restaurants, the funicular railway, and plenty of walking opportunities nearby. The staff, especially Jacqui and Gregg, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The only small improvement I could suggest for the breakfast selection would be to have portable screens on the doors to keep flies out when they're open on warm days.
