Clare and Nigel provided exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs as a family with 2 small kids. Free room upgrade and delicious breakfast were highlights.

Felt right at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The B&B had a great location, with easy access to the village center and the coast. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the B&B provided a cozy and enjoyable stay.

One aspect that could be improved was the lack of parking facilities. It was a bit challenging to find a parking spot nearby, especially during peak times.

Christmas at this B&B was such a treat! the hosts were warm and welcoming, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. They offered complimentary mulled wine and mince pies, which added to the festive spirit. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the heart of town where we could enjoy the Christmas lights and decorations. the rooms were elegantly decorated with Christmas touches, making it feel like a home away from home.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient. There were limited parking spaces available, and we had to park a fair distance away from the B&B.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy B&B in lovely surroundings close to the hill down to the beach. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, including luxurious toiletries and a fresh pitcher of water with lemon. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

Limited parking availability may be a bit frustrating.

We recently stayed at Lee-Side B&B for a weekend getaway. The hosts, Claire and Nigel, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with excellent facilities. The location was quiet and convenient, with parking available right outside. We were delighted with the extra touches, such as a pot of tea and cake on arrival, as well as sherry and port available for a nightcap. The traditional property was beautifully maintained, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Lee-Side to our friends.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering tea and cake upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent with various options to choose from. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of little extras were provided, such as fresh milk and complimentary port and sherry.

I had a fantastic stay at this superb B&B in Robin Hood's Bay. the lovely couple who run the place were incredibly helpful and made my stay memorable. the spacious bedroom had stunning sea views and was equipped with everything I needed. the location was perfect, with eating and drinking facilities close by, and an easy walk into the beautiful village with its pubs, cafes, and restaurants. As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved our stay at Lee-Side B&B. The house itself is stunning, with tasteful and beautiful decor that adds to the grandeur of the Victorian building. The warm and friendly welcome we received made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The guest lounge, complete with delicious homemade cake and a cup of Yorkshire tea, was a great place to relax and unwind. The bedrooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, with sumptuous beds and high-quality linen. The little touches, like the extensive hospitality trays and the glass of port before bedtime, made our stay feel truly special. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely amazing, with a wide array of options cooked to perfection using high-quality local produce. Lee-Side B&B exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience.
