The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to all local attractions and just a short walk from the nightlife. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities provided. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty and served promptly.

The cleanliness of the property didn't meet our expectations, with stains on the bed sheet and mold in the dining room.

We stayed at Leecliff for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious family room with a private bathroom. The location is convenient, just a short distance from the train station and seafront. The owners, Lee and Laura, were extremely friendly and attentive. We would definitely recommend Leecliff for both short and longer stays.

Stayed at this guest house for one night and had a fantastic experience. Laura and Lee were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The hosts even offered us a cooked breakfast upgrade for free due to some disturbances from other guests. The TV had a good selection of channels and the location was convenient, close to the train station and seafront. Looking forward to seeing their improvements!

They were especially great with our granddaughter, even when she was running around in her pajamas. The location of the guest house is fantastic, with the tower just a 10-minute walk away, and a convenient car park nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the onsite bar had a nice ambiance and a decent selection of drinks at reasonable prices. the hospitality and the full English breakfast cooked by Lee were exceptional.

We felt truly spoiled during our stay at Leecliff Guest House, and have no complaints whatsoever. The rooms were a little dated and could use some refurbishments, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the outstanding hospitality provided by the owners.

I had a really pleasant stay at a guest house in Blackpool. The hosts were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. They were especially good with our granddaughter and made a fuss over her. The place had a lovely bar/lounge area, and the hosts were in the process of refurbishing the rooms. The room I stayed in was small, but it had a comfy double bed and a clean ensuite. The location was great, just a short walk from Coral Island. They also had reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Plus, the breakfast, cooked by Lee, was amazing!
