The room was well-furnished, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the garden and fish pond. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower and high-quality toiletries. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious and served hot. Convenient car parking and a bus stop outside made transportation easy. The hotel had a great location, close to the high street with its excellent restaurants. The owners, Katherine and Graham, were extremely welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to the beach and shops. Kathleen and Graham, along with the cook and the cleaner, were friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast, which offered gluten-free options. The parking was convenient, with both on-site and on-road spaces available.

Leeward House B&B is conveniently located near the seafront with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bus route nearby makes it easy to explore the region. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with exceptional power showers in the bathrooms. The hosts, Graham and Kathleen, provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel relaxed and at home. The breakfast options are excellent, with delicious choices like smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. The owners go above and beyond, even making sandwiches for guests on their early morning departures.

Some bedrooms and bathrooms are close together, resulting in audible noise from other guests' TVs and the sound of doors locking and unlocking. Parking spaces are slightly narrow, requiring alternative parking arrangements at times.

The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable enough for us to have a good sleep. the location was great as it was close to the shops and restaurants.

The parking was limited and we had to park on the street, which made us a bit nervous about the safety of our car. the host was rude when we arrived and made us feel unwelcome.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, with cozy beds and crisp sheets. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special. The location was perfect, situated in a charming seaside town with everything I needed nearby. And I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast and the numerous awards proudly displayed in the dining room. Absolute value for money!
