The executive room at Leonardo Hotel Bristol City was exceptional. I was impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness, and the super king comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and spotless, complete with a refreshing shower. I appreciated the nespresso machine, complimentary water, and snacks provided. The room also had a large TV, perfect for winding down. Located on the 8th floor, it offered a peaceful atmosphere, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, with a lovely park and river walk along the way.

One minor issue I encountered was at reception. However, the receptionist, Chloe, handled the situation professionally and with a friendly demeanor, providing us with drink vouchers as compensation.

The hotel is in an excellent position, close to the city centre and some good restaurants. The staff were approachable and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and powerful hair dryer. A luggage room and online checking were also available.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. the secure bike storage facility was a great feature and the bike racks were reliable. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a peaceful night's sleep.

Value for money: The stay may have been a bit pricey, but it was definitely worth it for the super cozy bed, clean and comfy room, and great facilities.

Breakfast selection: The only downside was that the breakfast could have had more variety, especially for those who prefer porridge or muesli.

The hotel is centrally located, close to Temple Mead station and major central areas. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained with ample storage. The breakfast offers a good selection of continental and buffet options.

The location was also great, just a short walk from the city center, with a lovely walk through the park by the river. it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

That there was no bathtub in the room, only a shower. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was not up to par, with overcooked eggs and dry bacon.

The reception area was clean, bright and inviting. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was a good size, comfortable and warm and surprisingly quiet. The location was good, with easy access to Bristol Temple Mead and the old city. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, storing my bicycle securely and assisting with printing. I was impressed with the hotel's facilities and amenities.
