The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were just a few minutes away from all the major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed, with a unique and cozy atmosphere. We particularly loved the little kitchenette, which had all the amenities we needed. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our Christmas stay a delightful experience.

The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and unreliable, which was frustrating as we had to incur roaming costs on our mobiles. It would have been helpful if the hotel had clearly stated the limitations of the Wi-Fi upfront.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and even arranged a taxi for me in the evening. The location of this place is perfect, just steps away from a famous square and within walking distance of theaters and attractions like the London Eye. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a lovely little balcony. I was impressed by the attention to detail, from the powerful shower and fully stocked mini fridge to the personalized welcome letter and stack of books in the room.

Despite being located in such a lively area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet during my stay. I've heard that there may be some noise from events downstairs on weekends, but it wasn't an issue for me.

A unique hotel with individual room styling that adds character to the stay. the in-room kitchenette was a great feature, complete with a mini fridge and microwave, adding to the convenience of the hotel experience. the location was superb, just a few minutes away from a main station made it easy to travel throughout the city. the bar area had a great atmosphere with friendly staff and a lovely selection of cocktails.

Despite the interesting room decor, the lack of maintenance showed glaring issues, like light bulbs overdue for replacement, and lack of oversight from management resulted in obvious oversights like missing cutlery for breakfast. A bit of sprucing up would definitely help elevate the charm of the hotel, giving it the boost it deserves.

The hotel also had a great bar and there were always activities going on that we could join in if we wanted. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The value for money was great and the room was lovely, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, surrounded by theaters, and I felt safe and at home. The staff, both at the desk and in the restaurant, were helpful, sweet, and attentive.
