I got an Oyster card and could easily travel to all the points of interest. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with a map to plan my activities. the hotel was clean and though the room was small, it was perfect for me and my companion. I even left my iPod behind and when I returned later, they immediately recognized me and had it waiting for me. the location was also ideal, with a 5-minute walk to Victoria Train Station.
