I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with lots of useful information about the area. The breakfast selection was exceptional, with freshly cooked options made to order.

We appreciated the attention to detail with little extras like bottles of water, cotton wool, and shampoo provided. the breakfast choices were excellent, with fresh and locally sourced options. We loved the porridge and the fact that we could request fruit/cereal despite the current restrictions. the room also had a varied selection of drinks and biscuits, with real milk available. the bed was warm and comfy, and the shower was excellent. We felt safe throughout our stay. the location was great, with plenty of local places to eat and shops nearby. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Limetree House Guest House.

The location of this guest house is superb. It is right in the town centre, making it convenient to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. it is close to the surrounding hills, offering a great opportunity for outdoor adventure. The rooms are outstanding, with high ceilings, cozy fireplaces, and beautiful decor. The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. The owners are welcoming and provide excellent service. The breakfast options are vast, with delicious choices like Derek's famous Porridge. the rooms are equipped with various facilities, including drinks and a flask with real milk.

There was a lack of important information in the advert about the presence of a cat on the property. This can be problematic for individuals with cat allergies, causing discomfort during their stay.

The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, always happy to give tips on where to go. The room was cozy and cleaned to perfection. Also, the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing and comfortable experience.

Honestly, I can't think of anything that I didn't like! Everything was spectacular. The only thing I can nitpick on is that the street noise was a bit loud, but hey, it's New Year's Eve - what else can you expect?

I stayed at Limetree House for a stopover but ended up staying longer because of the lovely guest house. The owners, Derrick and Katherine, were friendly, helpful and informative about the area. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had nice little touches like fresh milk for tea and coffee. The breakfast selection was exceptional and freshly cooked. The property was stunning and tucked away in a quiet area with parking. The hosts went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. an exceptional stay.

My fiancé and I recently had a short but wonderful stay at a guesthouse in Moffat. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The large en suite bathroom was also spotless. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious and hearty breakfast to fuel us for our journey home. The location was great, and we found an excellent place for dinner nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Moffat.

Despite a small inconvenience of not having a fridge in the room, we still had a fantastic stay. The hosts provided us with fresh milk for our tea on the first night, but unfortunately, it wasn't replenished for the rest of our stay.

The room was very affordable, and the staff was extremely personable. They provided us with a brief history of the town and even called around local restaurants to help us find a place to eat. the location of the hotel was perfect, with shops, a post office, and a fuel station nearby. We also appreciated the varied selection of drinks available in our room, along with the kettle, biscuits, and real milk. it was a simple and pleasant stay in a lovely little town.

The shower seemed to have a problem with hot water flow, which took around 10 minutes to start. the bed was quite hard and felt a bit uncomfortable, with a barrel-shaped design that made me a bit nervous about rolling off during the night.
