I had a fantastic stay at this B&B! The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to the center and bus stop. The staff, Kevin and Xuayan, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely family-run establishment in Keswick. The hotel's car parking was a great convenience, especially in the busy town centre. I had a breathtaking view of the mountains from my bed and enjoyed the pretty breakfast room and delicious breakfast. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with a strong and enjoyable shower. It offered a convenient location with amenities and transportation within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house in Keswick. Right from our arrival, we felt like valued guests. the owners, Xueyan and Kevan, gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our thoughtfully designed and clean twin room. Despite its limited size, the room had everything we needed and the en suite was well-equipped. the property itself was beautifully decorated and maintained throughout. We also enjoyed the excellent full English breakfast, with delicious locally sourced bacon, eggs, and sausage. the central location was another plus, as it was within easy walking distance of the town's shops, restaurants, and bus station. Having private parking right outside was a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend Lincoln Guest House for a stay in Keswick.

The guest house is ideally located in the heart of town, just a minute's walk from the bustling front street. It's also conveniently close to the bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and the showers are said to be the best ever, providing a comfortable stay. The hosts are welcoming and take a genuine interest in their guests' experiences. The breakfast is top-notch, using fresh and quality produce.

The TV in the room is a bit small and difficult to view from the bed.
