Nothing could have been better.

We loved how clean and tidy the hotel was. The beds and sofas were comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The hotel even thoughtfully left milk in the fridge for us. The view of the cathedral from the front bedroom was amazing. The hotel's location allowed for easy transportation to the city, and we found parking to be hassle-free.

We had a great stay at Lets 23 Villa in a quiet street on the outskirts. the house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It offered plenty of natural light and privacy. the location was perfect, with easy access to both the city center and rural walks and cycle paths. On-road parking was a plus, and the shops and restaurants were within a short and easy walk from the property. the dining room was a highlight, with comfortable chairs for playing games. the heating instructions were clear, ensuring we were always at a comfortable temperature. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like milk, tea, coffee, shower gel, and hand soap.

I recently stayed at Lets 23 in Lincoln for a couple of nights. The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and accessing the keys was easy. Even though it was just off a busy road, it was still quiet and the beds were comfortable. The parking outside the property was easy, safe, and free, which was a bonus when traveling with a lot of items. The attention to detail was impressive - from the milk in the fridge to the softest super-white towels in the bathroom. The whole property felt like a home away from home. The secure garden was perfect for our dog, and it was also within walking distance to the city.

The convenience of being able to explore the city on foot is a major plus. the property is well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen facilities are excellent, allowing for easy meal preparation, and the property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

Although the property offers a tranquil atmosphere, light sleepers may occasionally be disturbed by traffic noise from the nearby road.
