Linden Guest House exceeded our expectations with its convenient location, stylish decor, and spacious en-suite room with a great shower. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a choice of a delicious cooked breakfast or a wide selection of buffet options. The hosts were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great time staying at this guest house, which was conveniently located close to various stores and just a short walk to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave provided. The host was friendly and accommodating, providing us with a delicious breakfast each morning. The guest house was also conveniently situated near the train and bus stations, making it easy for us to explore the area.

We were let down at the last minute by another B&B in the area.

The breakfast options were good, and they had enough variety to make a decent start to the day. the location was also a plus, very close to the city’s downtown area for easy access to all types of facilities. the place seemed to be clean and well-maintained.

We had some issues while staying here during Easter. we were not given proper updates by the front desk regarding the additional charges for an extra bed.

We had a fantastic stay at the guesthouse. Fay, the owner, was incredibly helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in town. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Scottish breakfast was absolutely delicious. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the castle and main streets of the town. we had a wonderful experience at Linden Guest House and would highly recommend it to others.
