Absolutely loved our romantic escape at this charming bed and breakfast! the hosts were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. the room had a beautiful view of the countryside and was spotlessly clean. the breakfast choices were fantastic and catered to different dietary needs. We also enjoyed the picnic tables in the garden for some evening drinks. a delightful experience.

The shower pressure could have been stronger, but it did not impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.

our second stay in bassenthwaite lake was even better than the first. link house went above and beyond, with friendly hosts, spotless rooms, and a delicious breakfast with stunning mountain views. we didn't want to leave and can't wait to return!

The location of the hotel is ideal for those looking to explore the Lake District. It is away from the tourist center of Keswick, providing a peaceful atmosphere. it is conveniently close to the main routes when traveling across the Lake District. The hotel is also close to the lake, allowing for easy access to water activities.

It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider offering a lunch box option for guests who may be exploring the area during the day and prefer not to dine out.
