Amazing welcome pack with gluten-free bread and almond milk, delicious ground coffee provided, attentive and helpful host, excellent local information, quiet location with private al fresco dining area, beautifully decorated and comfortable beds.

The owner of our accommodation was very thoughtful and provided complimentary food and drinks, which was a nice touch. the communication with the owner through messaging was excellent. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to Bath city center and there was a wonderful park nearby. We really enjoyed the cozy courtyard garden, where we could relax and soak up the evening sun.

That the interior of the hotel was a little dark, with dark wall paintings and blinds on the windows. the terrace was also surrounded by a high wooden fence, which obstructed any views.

The University of Bath is just a jog away, in case I feel like revisiting my student days. And the availability of towels means I don't have to bring my own from home, how convenient!

Oh, I just love how there aren't any cons to list. It's almost like they read my mind and made everything perfect for me.

The beautiful and clean space, separate from the main home, with lots of nice touches like stocked food and drinks in the fridge. The modern and homely design, with well-thought-out and organized facilities. The location, with a lovely walk into town and close proximity to a supermarket. The excellent and accommodating host, with great communication and a personal touch.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The property was nicely decorated and had a good layout. We appreciated having a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, it made it easier for us. The location was convenient for exploring the city, whether on foot or by taxi or bus. the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The lack of laundry facilities. It would have been helpful to have access to laundry options, especially for longer stays.
