We had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful countryside villa. It provided us with much-needed rest and relaxation. the rustic interior, complete with a lovely wood-burning stove, created a cozy atmosphere on the cold winter nights. the owner, John, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. the surrounding area is breathtaking, with beautiful views of the hills and plenty of local pubs to explore. We also enjoyed a visit to the nearby Corner House Cafe for a delicious breakfast. We can't wait to return to this peaceful getaway.

Lovely location and surroundings, great for walks and peace and quiet. Rustic barn with all necessary amenities. Superb communication from owner, provided lots of local information. Seasonal swimming pool would be a fabulous bonus in summer months. Close to major towns if needed, but still very rural.

Best aspects of our New Year's stay were the beautiful cottage, with its rustic charm and cozy atmosphere. the log burner added a lovely touch and made our New Year's Eve even more special. the setting was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly host, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Two focal points of the stay were the excellent communication with the host and the superb location. a fantastic visit that we would highly recommend.

The sleeping arrangements for four adults, which were a bit difficult to master. the barn itself seemed a bit rundown and in need of some TLC.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage over New Year's Eve. It was everything we expected and more, with lovely decor and a cozy atmosphere. the rustic charm made us feel like we were in a movie. the log burner was a perfect addition, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. the setting was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better host than John.
