The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal - situated outside of the city but still easy to access from the M4. This made it convenient for us to explore both the countryside and the nearby city. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was of good quality, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were a couple of aspects that were disappointing during our stay. the room we were allocated had a constant noise coming from what seemed to be a nearby boiler or water system.

La mia stanza era molto ampia, con un comodo letto matrimoniale e un bagno pulito con doccia. Il personale del check-in al vicino hotel Astoria è stato gentile e disponibile. La struttura offriva anche la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette e c'era un parcheggio coperto nelle vicinanze. Tuttavia, alcune stanze erano rumorose e l'ingresso della struttura non era curatissimo.

Our room was not ready for the estimated check-in time, and we found some maintenance problems like a leaky shower and plug sockets too close to the dressing table. It would be great to see some improvement in these areas.

Had an amazing weekend getaway in the Welsh countryside. the vineyard tour was a highlight, with knowledgeable staff and a chance to taste some delicious wines. the hotel's location was perfect, providing expansive views of the beautiful Welsh countryside. the room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay.

One downside was the noise from the bar and restaurant below our room, which disrupted the peace and tranquility we were hoping for. Additionally, there was limited communication about the restaurant being closed on Sundays, resulting in a last-minute change of plans.

I recently stayed at Llanerch Vineyard for a weekend getaway. The Cariad Suite exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and stunning vineyard view. The meals in the bistro were delicious, especially the braised beef. I also enjoyed the hotel's woodland trail and lake, which allowed me to go for offroad runs. The room itself was incredibly huge, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Llanerch Vineyard offered a luxurious and civilized experience that didn't break the bank.
