Had a fantastic Christmas getaway! the chalet was spacious and had a lovely hot tub with stunning views of the lake. the kitchen was a good size and we loved using the gas BBQ outside. the beds were really comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the location was perfect, with plenty of outdoor activities available to enjoy.

There were a few issues that could be improved upon. the shower in the chalet had fluctuating water temperature and low pressure, making it difficult to get a good wash.

We were on a Christmas holiday and the welcome Christmas pack with mini Proseco bottles was a delightful surprise after a long 10-hour drive. The Boathouse provided excellent advice on skiing at Lecht, which we wouldn't have known otherwise. Renting ski equipment on-site was also a great value. The walk in the forest offered breathtaking views, and the location of the chalet was exceptional. The chalet itself was perfect with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, a huge flat-screen TV, comfortable beds, and a wood-burning stove with a starter pack of wood. The staff were lovely and always helpful.

Stayed at the Loch Insh Chalets Ltd Villa for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. the location was perfect for exploring the heart of the Cairngorms and it was just a short drive to the ski centre with access to high peaks. the holiday site had great facilities including boat hire, a cafe, and a bar. We loved the lochside lodge with its stunning views and easy access to the water. the kids had a blast with all the activities available. it was a great break.

We had a fantastic stay at this chalet. The property provided ample space for our group of seven, with enough seating in the dining and lounge areas. The beds were comfortable, and the views of the frozen Loch and snow-capped mountains were breathtaking. The staff at the hotel were courteous and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The children in our group had a great time on the ski slope and exploring the nature trail. We also enjoyed the great view of the local fireworks during the New Year's celebrations.

We had a large party and the staff were very accommodating by email prior to our stay. The chalets were much nicer and more spacious than expected with stunning surroundings and views. The chalets were well provided for with clean linen, crockery, and cleaning supplies. The hot tub was a hit with all the adults. The restaurant had delicious food and family-friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate the children. The two adventure playgrounds and the ducks were a hit with the kids. The location was beautiful with easy access to the Outdoor Centre and plenty of nearby places of interest.

I had an excellent long weekend stay at Loch Insh Chalets Ltd. The location was idyllic, with stunning views of the loch. The chalet was well-equipped and clean, with comfortable beds and a clever drying hanger for clothes. The hot tub was a highlight and greatly enjoyed by all. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to the children. We also appreciated the 20% discount on activities and the multiple play areas for the kids. The range of walks nearby was fantastic, and the setting itself was simply breathtaking. I had a great experience and would definitely return.

We had an amazing Christmas break at this cozy chalet. the location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful countryside with stunning views. the chalet was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a spacious living area, a kitchen with a big fridge and dishwasher, and even a wood-burning stove. We loved having the option to relax by the warm fire after a day of exploring.

The Wi-Fi signal in the chalet was not very strong, which made it difficult to stay connected. the cleanliness of the chalet could have been better, as we found some dust and a forgotten juice can under the bed.
