I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with spacious family rooms that had two en-suite bathrooms. The parking space provided was more than adequate, and the hotel's convenient location made it very easy to access, being very near the train station. Plus, the hotel was just a short walk away from the Loch, where you could pick up a cruise. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my every need was taken care of.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the beginning of the loch. It was a convenient starting point for exploring the area. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms were well-equipped, with tea and coffee making facilities, and the beds were large and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a great start to the day.

The location of the hotel was fantastic - just a short walk from the train station and right in the center of Balloch. It was also conveniently located near the Loch, where we were able to pick up a cruise and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was ongoing construction at the hotel during our stay, which was quite disruptive and took away from the overall experience.

The proximity to the train station and local restaurants made it easy to get around. the fresh decor and spacious rooms were a plus. the accommodating staff added a friendly touch to the stay.

The bathroom could have used some work as the floor was often soaked after a shower. there was a lack of attention from the breakfast staff and no one available at check-out.

The hotel also offers a restaurant, although it is currently undergoing renovations. Despite this, the hotel remains spotlessly clean, and guests are not disturbed by any noise.

Some guests have mentioned that there was a small shower/toilet room with no toilet roll holder or small shelf for toiletries.

At times, we could hear noise from rooms above in the morning. The room was a bit warm, but a fan was provided for us to use.
