I had a splendid stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on a beautiful canal behind the pub was absolutely stunning. I took advantage of the serene setting and went for a lovely walk before enjoying a delicious breakfast. The hotel provided top-notch service, with welcoming and attentive staff who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The room was modern, warm, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for, including an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that everything was spotless and pristine. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant and bar, where I could enjoy a scrumptious meal and unwind with a drink. The free Wi-Fi and ample parking were additional bonuses that enhanced my overall experience. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The facilities at Lock Keeper were impressive for the price. The room was very clean and had complimentary bottles of water, a hairdryer, and Dove soap and shower gel in dispensers. The towels were big and there were even 2 sockets with 2 USB slots each. Check-in at the pub was quick and easy, just a short walk back to the hotel. Parking was conveniently close to the building and the air conditioning in the room worked great.

The hotel was in a great location near a canal and a lovely pub where we had breakfast. the staff at breakfast were very attentive and the food was good. the room had a modern feel and was clean and comfortable. We liked that there was free breakfast included in the price.

Our experience was soured by some negative aspects. amenities in the room were lacking, there was hardly any milk available and there weren't enough biscuits for everyone.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was convenient, with a Sainsbury's supermarket, petrol station, and MacDonalds for breakfast right by the inn. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. The rooms were nice and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I heard no outside noise at all. The beds were very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.
