We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! Right on the side of a beautiful loch, the location was absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by nature and with nearby sights to see, it was both secluded and easily accessible. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, from the comfortable and well-equipped rooms with heating and tea/coffee facilities, to the lovely terrace with garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in public areas, allowing us to stay connected during our leisurely time in the hotel's TV room or exploring the surrounding area. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the stunning location to the excellent service and amenities, it provided a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Easy parking and helpful with late check-in and check-out. Nice bathroom, although no heating. Lovely outside area. Continental breakfast offered.

I had such a great stay at Lodge At Lochside! The location was perfect, secluded yet close enough to nearby towns. The room was cozy and comfortable, and Gareth, our host, was incredibly helpful with local knowledge. He even made sure we had a delicious breakfast each morning. One of the highlights was enjoying a whisky in the communal living room before bed, listening to mellow music. And the surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful, especially during our brisk walk around the loch. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

During my stay at Lodge At Lochside, I was impressed with the warm welcome from the host and the delicious food that was served. The comfortable and spacious room provided a cozy atmosphere, and I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities such as the suitcase rack and table-mirror. The homemade cake in the communal kitchen was a delightful treat, and the option of decaf tea was a thoughtful touch. I also enjoyed the beautifully decorated dining room/bar where breakfast was served. I had a wonderful experience.

One minor drawback was the skylight in the bedroom, which allowed early morning light to wake me up earlier than desired. It would have been nice to have a blackout blind or some way to darken the room.

We loved the cozy and historic atmosphere of this charming old stone farm building. The lounge was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The round breakfast/bar area was a lovely touch, and the breakfast itself was delicious. The location was ideal for our search for Pictish stones, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owners were laid back and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The communal facilities, including the clean kitchen and large lounge area, were impressive. Plus, the fact that it is dog-friendly was a big plus for us. All in all, a perfect place for a long or short stay.

The self-catering kitchen at Lodge At Lochside was well stocked and made it easy to prepare meals. The comfortable communal lounge offered a great selection of CDs and games for entertainment. The onsite cafe served delicious light meals and mouthwatering cakes. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. I had a lovely stay. Recommended.

Great welcoming atmosphere with a friendly host, delicious breakfast, and cozy rooms that let you have a good night’s sleep. Conveniently placed right in the middle of the beautiful landscapes and easily accessible by foot or by car. the shower experience was amazing with the body jets, and the self-service coffee and tea on the main floor was a very nice touch.

The noise level was too high, and the walls were not soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep when guests were up late or up early. the bathroom had a bad smell and could have used better ventilation.

We had a wonderful stay at Lodge At Lochside for one night, exploring the area with our dog. The host was welcoming and friendly, and the parking was ample. The spacious bedroom had a big comfy bed and a good shower. The downstairs living room was cozy, and the homemade cake in the kitchen was delicious. The creatively flavored cooked breakfast was the best my daughter had ever tasted. The dining room/bar had lovely decor and was a delight to sit in.
