Unbelievable room and bathroom! The bed was so comfy and the staff were mind-blowingly helpful. When a problem arose, they handled the transfer to another Premier Inn with jaw-dropping efficiency. Anita at check-in was super friendly and changed our room to a higher floor. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions. The area was nice and had plenty of places to eat and drink. The hotel itself was peaceful, well-maintained, and had an awesome breakfast. Can't recommend it more.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the bustling Holborn area. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a TV. We appreciated the added convenience of a kettle with coffee and tea bags. the bathroom was also of a good size. the reception staff, especially Anita, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and Piccadilly Circus on foot. our experience at Premier Inn was money well-spent.

The location was ideal, with a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube station and a pleasant 20-minute stroll to a popular area. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The air conditioning in our room did not work properly, causing discomfort during the night. we had a negative experience with one of the staff members in the dining area who seemed bothered and lacked hospitality skills.
