The location of this hotel was fantastic, with it being close to bus stops that had regular buses into the city centre of Oxford. It only took around 10 minutes to reach all the main attractions. The rooms were well equipped, with some even having a terrace where you could enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. The hotel staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always willing to help and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

For the price we paid, our stay at Lonsdale Guest House was a great value. The room was comfortable, with a nice shower and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and just a short bus ride away. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The morning meal could have been improved with more cooked options. It would have been nice to have more than just two eggs and two slices of toast to share between two people.

the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were genuinely lovely. the location was perfect for me as it was near my event venue, and it was just a short walk or bus ride away from the town centre. There were also plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs in the area, making it convenient for daily needs. the room itself was spacious, well-decorated, and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom had warm water and a functional shower. it was a great experience at Lonsdale Guest House.

Nous avons séjourné dans un hôtel bien situé, à proximité du centre-ville et de la mer. Grâce à cela, nous avons pu facilement profiter de toutes les attractions touristiques et explorer la vieille ville. La chambre était confortable avec une literie de qualité et la propreté était irréprochable. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. De plus, le petit-déjeuner offrait un vaste choix de mets délicieux qui nous ont régalés chaque matin.

Nous avons été déçus par l'odeur de cigarette provenant d'une chambre mitoyenne qui passait sous la porte. C'était très désagréable et nous n'avions pas envie d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer la pièce.

The accommodation was basic but functional with a comfy bed and a good ensuite bathroom. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were prompt in letting me in when I arrived. The breakfast served at the B&B next door was pleasant, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The bus service from the nearby shops was excellent.
