Pleasant stay with delicious food and great location. One of the highlights of our stay at the lovely hotel was the delicious food served at the restaurant. Every meal was a delight, with a variety of options to choose from. The flavors were on point and the presentation was impeccable. We especially loved the breakfast, which was hearty and scrumptious. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us as a stopover on our way to Wales. It was easily accessible and we didn't have to drive through the town center. we had a pleasant and satisfying stay at the hotel.

I recently stayed at Lord Hill Hotel for a weekend getaway in Shrewsbury. The room was spacious with a great shower. I loved the bright and airy breakfast conservatory, and the cooked breakfast was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, providing me with a town map and even printing out a copy for me. The location was perfect, only a 10-minute walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

We spent our Easter weekend at a hotel in the area, and while the stay was not spectacular, there were a few things we liked. the free parking was great; we didn't have to worry about finding a spot in the area. the location was central to lots of shops and restaurants which was convenient. Plus, the room we stayed in was quite spacious, so that was a bonus.

the room we stayed in wasn't very clean. There were some stains on the sheets and the bathroom didn't look like it had been fully cleaned.

The value for money at Lord Hill was exceptional, and the room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us with utmost care and professionalism throughout our stay.

One small improvement for breakfast would be to have a wider range of items available.

We stayed at Lord Hill for our 1st Wedding Anniversary and were delighted with our experience. The staff were professional, hardworking, and always happy to help. Our room, the Abbey suite, was upgraded and it was absolutely amazing. The 4 poster bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on. The lodge rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the light-filled conservatory was delicious with plenty of options. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive from the town center. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Lord Hill.

This hotel is the perfect central hub for exploring the Shrewsbury/Shropshire area. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to trunk roads, making it easily accessible. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with attention to detail. I particularly appreciated the value for money and the prices offered by this hotel. Additionally, the location was so central that it was only a short walk to the town center.

lord hill definitely exceeded my expectations during this stay in shrewsbury. the staff, from the helpful receptionist to the friendly breakfast servers, went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent on-suite shower/bath were also impressive.
