I had a delightful stay at a hidden gem in a great location. The hotel was just a short walk from the train station and Buckingham Palace. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary breakfasts served in my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, even delivering our delicious breakfast to our room. The room itself was comfortable and reminiscent of old-fashioned elegance with a beautiful four-poster bed.

The breakfast, while scrumptious, could have been improved by offering more variety or a breakfast room option.

Stayed overnight for an early start from Victoria Coach Station. Functional hotel with comfortable bed, tea-making facilities, and good bathroom. Quiet street, felt safe. Warm welcome at reception. Terrific location. Staff accommodating, especially concierge Victorija. Surrounding restaurants nice.

The WiFi signal was perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location of this hotel couldn't be more ideal - a short walk from popular attractions and close to the bustling Victoria Station.

The location in a nice area was perfect for exploring this city, as it was really close to Victoria station and within easy walking distance to popular attractions. The hotel staff were excellent - welcoming, helpful, and dedicated to making my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff was helpful & polite. The bedroom had good wardrobe space for two. Plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. Only 10 mins walk to Victoria Coach. No noise from guests or outside. Full English breakfast with excellent choices.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and it was such a treat to have it served to our room every morning. the staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were disappointed with the size of our room. It was much smaller than we expected, making it a bit cramped and uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near Victoria Coach station, making it a prime choice for travellers seeking easy access to transportation. Additionally, being in the city centre allows guests to explore all that the city has to offer. The subway is also within a close proximity, making it convenient for those who prefer public transportation. Furthermore, guests have the option to dine at the local cafes nearby, providing a variety of dining options.

There is one aspect of the hotel that could be improved upon.

Comfortable bed, very clean, helpful reception, close to Victoria bus/coach station, quiet location.

We had a fantastic 11-day stay at Lord Milner. the hotel made us feel right at home, with excellent service and daily breakfasts served in our room. the location was perfect, with a great selection of local pubs, restaurants, and take-out options nearby. the convenience of the nearby Victoria and Sloane Square tube stations made getting around the city a breeze. We would highly recommend Lord Milner to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this elegant hotel with its superb location. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was so comfortable. I loved being just steps away from Victoria Station and the wonderful coffee shops and food outlets nearby. The service was excellent, the breakfast was amazing, and the friendly staff were so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.
