Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice attention to detail.

Attending a concert at the Hydro, I stayed at this hotel for a night. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk along well-lit streets. Additionally, there were great restaurants nearby. The staff at Lorne were not only friendly but also very attentive. When I mentioned feeling cold in the room, they immediately provided me with a small additional heater. The room itself was incredibly spacious for the price, featuring two TVs. The bathroom even had a heated towel rack! The view from the room was also very nice. I was pleased to find that the room service menu was affordable. Lastly, the hotel was super close to both the Hydro and the Exhibition Centre train station.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel recently and I must say that the location was perfect--right in the heart of the city, making it easy to attend the various festivities. the hotel facilities, including the restaurant and gym, were impressive and well-maintained. Despite it being peak season, there was no hassle checking in and out.

The walls were thin and the soundproofing terrible; was constantly disturbed by the noise coming from the neighboring rooms and the corridors.

The hotel had easy access to public transport and was conveniently located near shops, bars, and popular attractions like Kelvingrove museum and the University of Glasgow. The room was spacious, luxurious, and exceptionally clean, with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices and the attached Indian restaurant served delicious food. The staff were friendly, helpful, and informative.

The room at Lorne Hotel was surprisingly comfortable and clean. We had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was in good condition, with a smart and clean appearance. We were also pleased to find free street parking available after 6 pm.

The beds were really comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. the rooms were nicely furnished and had great facilities, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was ideal as it was close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.

That the double bed was actually two singles pushed together, causing an annoying crack in the middle. This seemed to be a common issue as it happened in both rooms we stayed in.

The room we were initially assigned had some issues, but the staff at Lorne Hotel went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure our comfort. Despite the inconvenience, their customer service was exceptional, offering us a complimentary drink at the bar and providing a full refund upon check-out. We were truly impressed by their helpfulness and willingness to make things right. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on the outstanding customer service we experienced.
