I had a wonderful stay at this farm. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were friendly. They even welcomed my dog, which was a bonus. The room was spacious and sunny, with beautiful views of the fields. The garden seating area was comfy and filled with pretty flowers. The food, especially the breakfast, was delicious, and the coffee was excellent, which my husband loved. Liz, the host, was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Lower Pinn Farm in Sidmouth. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a pot of tea and an exceptional homemade cake. The period accommodation was comfortable and spacious, with a well-furnished room and a good-sized bathroom. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast - the best we've ever had! There was a wide variety of options to choose from, including fruit, cereals, a full English with fish options, and toast. Everything was cooked to perfection and left us feeling satisfied for the whole day. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and provided great recommendations for walks in the area.

A peaceful retreat on a working farm. Excellent room with tea and coffee facilities. Delicious breakfasts made from local produce, including eggs from their own chickens. Friendly and welcoming hosts with helpful suggestions for exploring the area. Personal and enjoyable experience in a small, pet-friendly guest house.

I recently stayed at Lower Pinn Farm for a few nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me the best sleep I've had in a long time. The location was perfect, with the seafront just a short drive away. One thing I really appreciated was the beautifully dark night sky, allowing me to see the Milky Way and more stars than I usually can due to light pollution. The hostess, Mrs. Tancock, was amazing and made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and the breakfasts were excellent. I also loved the welcoming slices of delicious homemade cake.

wifi a little weak

This backpackers' accommodation offers a unique experience next to a real farm. Guests can enjoy the rustic atmosphere and get up close with horses and other animals on the property. The location just off the cliffs of Sidmouth provides stunning views and plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. The spacious en-suite rooms provide a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is excellent with fresh eggs from the farm. Guests can also relax on the patio and watch the swallows.

Some guests may find the farm-like smells near the farmhouse off-putting.

just got back from an amazing stay in sidmouth. stayed at a charming farmhouse, felt like home. room and bathroom were spotless. liz, the host, went above and beyond. the breakfasts were out of this world - couldn't eat anything else all day! best b&b experience ever, highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely farm B&B. The stunning scenery surrounding the property was breathtaking in every direction. There were plenty of things to see and do, making it perfect for bigger groups of friends. The warm welcome from the experienced host and the extra little touches made our experience even more enjoyable. The cooked breakfasts were absolutely delicious with generous portions.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.
