The apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious and well-equipped. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and high street. The hosts were lovely, accommodating and helpful.

Tea houses in the village close early, so plan your beach walks accordingly.

We had a great time during our New Year's stay. The villa was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and hot water for showers. We also appreciated the fluffy towels provided. The location was convenient, close to shops, pubs, and the beach. Plus, we were lucky to have good weather during our stay, which was a bonus in winter.

There were a few aspects that were not ideal. the bedroom door in the bathroom squeaked loudly, disturbing others at night.

The apartment was well equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, and there was even a welcome pack with a bottle of local wine. The location was also great, with easy access to the beach and a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area.

The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, as there were some areas that seemed to be missed during the cleaning process. Additionally, the outside area could have been better maintained, as the decking was a bit unsteady and in need of some care.

My family and I had a fabulous holiday at Luccombe Villa. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like a stocked DVD library and a welcome bottle of wine. The swimming pool and garden were fantastic and well-used by us. The location was great, with close proximity to Shanklin Chine and the beach. We loved the comfortable bed and the little yard. We would definitely like to return to this impressive and well-maintained property.

My stay at Luccombe Villa was fantastic! The apartment was spacious and clean, with three large bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The private entrance and stair gate were perfect for our energetic 2-year-old. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, pubs, and the beach. The beautiful gardens and swimming pool were well-maintained, and there was even a large BBQ for residents to use. Fiona, the owner, was friendly and helpful, and she even allowed us to check in early so we could explore the island. a great experience!

We had a fantastic time at the villa apartments! The beds were incredibly comfortable, something we haven't found in other places we've stayed. the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including a dishwasher! It was great not having to buy sponges, tea-towels, and washing up liquid, as they were already provided. The amenity room was a bonus, with plenty of leaflets for local attractions and even board games and DVD's to borrow. we felt right at home in this spacious and well-equipped apartment.

That we couldn't relax by the pool with our small dog. We understand the reasons behind this rule, but it would have been nice to have the option to bring our dog into the pool area on a leash.

We had a fantastic stay at Luccombe Villa! The apartments were spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home. We loved the convenient location next to Shanklin Chine and just a short walk to the beach and village. The pool and guest garden were lovely, and there was even an amenities room with laundry facilities and a great selection of books and games. our experience at Luccombe Villa Holiday Apartments was fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at the holiday apartments. The location was excellent, with convenient parking and great facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment had all the necessary cleaning materials, towels, and even tea, coffee. The hosts were brilliant, providing excellent communication before our stay and leaving detailed instructions for our arrival. The apartment itself, Cherry Tops, was spacious, light. it was a wonderful stay in a excellent location.

Had a fabulous holiday at Luccombe Village, staying in the beautifully equipped Warren. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, and a lovely little yard. Great location, easy walk to the old town with superb shops. Park across the road for the dogs. Welcoming and helpful hosts, providing clear directions and recommendations. Nice touches like supplied washing up things and toilet rolls. Ideal location for exploring the Isle of Wight. Highchair and cot with bedding provided. Excellent stay!

Even though the owners were not present during our stay, they had provided clear instructions and a kind email beforehand, ensuring that everything was taken care of. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a highchair and cot provided for our baby. The location was ideal for exploring the Isle of Wight, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from our window. a lovely experience!
