My stay at Lucena was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, Tia and Carlton made me feel so welcome. The hotel was impeccably clean and had a comfy atmosphere. Great location close to the seafront and public transport. We enjoyed our stay at the Lucena Hotel in Blackpool. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were provided with complimentary tea and coffee. The central heating kept us warm throughout our stay. There were also additional amenities like a pool table and football table in the main area, which added to the entertainment. We appreciated the 24-hour vending machine and seating area for relaxation. The hotel was conveniently located, with a short 5-minute walk to the No 11 bus and a 10-minute walk to the St Chads tram stop. Late-night shops, takeaways, and pubs were just a few minutes away, making it convenient for late-night snacks. we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this budget hotel.

The price was reasonable and the bed was soft enough. the staff was friendly and welcoming and the location was convenient for us to explore the area. the room had a decent size and the bathroom was clean.

The hotel was outdated and it showed. the furniture was old and scuffed and there were stains on the carpets.

Great value at £18.50 per night. Full English breakfast included. Helpful owners gave lots of advice. Three-course meal for only £10. Too many good things to mention.

Although we had a great overall experience, we did encounter a few minor issues. We also struggled with getting the side light to work, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the room.
